How quickly do you send goods out?
All fireplaces are delivered approximately 21 working days from receipt of payment.

Why do you not do next day delivery?
All are marble and limestone fireplaces are made to order in our own workshops and due to the number of designs, sizes and materials it is not economical to keep stocks ready for despatch.

Can I request am or pm delivery?
Yes, but due to the road network and traffic conditions on your day of delivery this cannot be guaranteed.

Can I request weekend delivery?
Yes, and at no extra cost, we use our own vehicles so weekend delivery is no problem.

Will you deliver to an address other than the billing address?
Yes, simply let us know the delivery address.

What happens if I'm out when my delivery arrives?
If our driver arrives at your premises and there is no answer he will attempt to contact you on the numbers provided.
If we cannot contact you we will wait for 30 minutes in case you've popped out.
Your delivery will then be returned to the depot.
You will then have to contact us to arrange a new delivery date. (New delivery charge applies). Or to collect from our premises.

Yes, but we will only load into a suitable vehicle. (I.e. vans, no cars)

Can I choose the size of my fireplace?
Yes, all of our marble and limestone fireplaces are available any size you require. Each fireplace will be shown with a standard size next to it. If you need to alter the sizes, longer, shorter, taller, lower, deeper or to fit an existing carpet cut out, please contact us. (See above)

Yes, under every fireplace will be a material chart and price.

Can I install the fireplace myself?
Yes, all our fireplaces come with installation instructions and are diy friendly. PLEASE NOTE: A CORGI REGISTERD INSTALLER MUST CARRY OUT ALL GAS FIRE INSTALLATIONS AND PIPEWORK ALTERATIONS. FIRE OPENING AND FLUE ALTERATIONS MUST CONFORM TO CURRENT BUILDING REGULATIONS. If in doubt seek professional advice.

No, we do not currently supply solid fuel fires over the Internet.

Yes, just let us know the make and model of your fire and we will make the fireplace to suit.

What if I know the fire I want but it's not on your site?
We only supply the fires featured on our site. But our fireplaces can be made to suit any gas or electric fire on the market, just let us know the make and model.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Extremely safe, PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the secure sockets layer protocol with an encryption length of 128-bits (the highest commercially available). Before you log into their site, their server checks that you are using an approved browser- one that uses ssl 3.0 or higher. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
