You, The customer (The Buyer)
General.
Terms and conditions detail the responsibilities of
both ourselves (“The Seller”) and you, (“The Buyer”).
Our terms and conditions comply with existing legislation
including the sale of goods act1979, and any legislation relating
to restrictive trade practices.
For all business transactions between the Buyer and
the Seller, the terms and conditions of (F.D.F) apply.
All orders for purchase are on condition that the
Buyer accepts these terms.
(F.D.F) Accepts no liability for any product or service
advertised supplied or promoted on this web site by any third party.
(F.D.F) Does not warrant that any of the goods or services linked
to or advertised on this site comply with data protection or other
relevant legislation and (F.D.F) accepts no liability whatsoever
for any claim arising from such goods or services.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery.
Deliveries to customers are via our own transport.
The Buyer can arrange a date by which they want the
goods to arrive. If we are unable to deliver by this agreed date
The Buyer may cancel the order and all monies paid to (F.D.F) will
be returned in full. However, if a delivery date has not been agreed,
goods should still arrive within a “reasonable time”- usually within
21 days.
If The Buyer agrees to wait for a certain time for
delivery, and subsequently changes their mind, and cancels the order
within this waiting time, it will be deemed to constitute a Breach
of Contract and they will forfeit all monies paid to (F.D.F) by
way of contract.
Buyers should inspect goods on delivery to ensure
they are correct, in order and free from damage or defects.
Pricing.
All prices listed on this website are Gross, including
any appropriate taxes and in U.K Pounds Sterling (£ or GBP).
Please note that our prices quoted do not include
delivery charges. Any delivery costs are in addition to the quoted
prices and need to be added to product prices.
All prices are subject to change without notice, but
are fixed at the time of order to the advertised price at that time.
Quality of goods. (Guarantee)
(F.D.F) Guarantees the product for 12months from the
day of delivery / collection. We operate a full satisfaction policy
and if you are not happy with the goods supplied when they are delivered
we will take the goods back immediately and refund any monies paid
to us. Once our driver has left, returned goods will be at the Buyers
Expense and must be returned undamaged. Damaged goods will be charged
for at full price. You should therefore satisfy yourself at the
point of delivery that goods are satisfactory, and if not you should
refuse to accept them from the driver.
Normal manufacturers guarantees also apply; your statutory
rights are not affected.
Before you sign for the goods, you should satisfy
yourself that:

Goods are in perfect condition and should have
no unacceptable defects.

Goods are fit for the purpose you intend to use
them.

Goods are as described by the seller and match
website descriptions.
Faults due to negligence, rough handling or unfair
treatment after acceptance of goods are not covered by guarantee.
After the Buyer has accepted delivery, we cannot be held responsible
for subsequent damage.
Orders.
Filling in and sending the online order form does
not in itself constitute a contract, and we reserve the right not
to trade, for any reason we deem fit and at our sole discretion.
Once confirmation of an order has been received by
the Buyer from (F.D.F) for the purchase of goods, in writing, verbally
or by e-mail this will constitute a legal contract to purchase and
supply between the Buyer and Seller, and as such is subject to the
laws of contract in the United Kingdom.
Dimensions and Specifications.
While we have made every effort to ensure accuracy
of the information supplied on this website relating to dimensions
and specifications, errors do sometimes occur. Therefore, stated
dimensions should only be taken as a general guide, and the onus
is on the Buyer to check and ensure for themselves the accuracy
of all information relating to the goods in question. Due to the
possibility of errors, any typographical, clerical or other error
or omission in any information given by us shall be subject to correction
by us without your authority and we will not be responsible for
any consequences arising from such inaccuracies. Please note that
all colours and finishes illustrated on our website are approximations
at best and that actual colours and finishes may vary from those
shown. We reserve the right to change and amend specifications where
necessary.
Order Acceptance
The receipt by us of an order from a Buyer does not
constitute the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer
to sell on our part. We reserve the right to refuse to sell at our
own discretion. Subject to the other terms and conditions on this
web page, any orders shall only deemed to have been accepted by
(F.D.F) when we have expressly confirmed that we have accepted your
order.
Payment.
Payment should be made with orders online with Visa,
MasterCard or Debit cards. Cheques must be paid in advance and must
have cleared be for delivery.
Ownership.
All goods remain the property of (F.D.F) until payments
are received in full.
